Bettie Black says: Who woulda thought a song called Gore In Rut would be filled with Bunny lyrics. I’m starting to think these Deerhoof folks can weave any duality into a seamless and cutting edge work of modern art. I love the counterpoint of Satomi’s sweet vocal style with the grinding guitars and primal, garage-sounding drums. Gimme the street.
