No More Mosquitoes
by Four Tet
, , ,

Blackbeard says: You've got to hate Four Tet's Kieran Hebden. Young, prolific, and one of the most sought-after producers in modern-day music (Beth Orton, for example). "No More Mosquitoes" is a looping masterpiece, with repeated use of childish vocals complaining about the absence of bugs, over an Eastern-inflected soundscape. Downtempo breakbeat at its most modern.
