Drinking Song
by Jason Webley
, punk accordian /eastern-european folk vibe

Recognize says: I saw Seattle's Jason Webley play last night at San Francisco's beloved Odeon Bar, and I have to say he's one of the most refreshing performers I've seen in a long time. "Drinking Song" was the finale for the night, and in order to get all of us "drunk" enough, he passed out asparagus stalks for each person to hold up in the air as we twirled around in a circle 15 times while staring at the asparagus. I think we all did feel drunker, even those who only had one beer, and then the whole bar huddled and swayed and sang the whole the song together. We love you, Jason! He's touring all summer, so check him out in your town.
