Subverse says: Rob Sonic has dropped both the moniker Sonic Sum and his more passive style of verse on this latest Def Jux release. In these politically heightened times, I think we can't afford to keep mute, but we don't yet have an indisputable style backed by a slick beat to bring us together. Rob Swift is conveying his lyrics like he has finally got something to say, and we all should listen up.
