Wol says: Another loveable garage band from Providence - God I love this town! Their website, www.internationalpenpal.net, apparently fashioned by their most ardent fan, is, well, a little bit overweening. It's hard not to grin though, when you hear them play. I hope these guys get bigger than U2!
