simplejonny says: For years I've pined after bands from Texas, dreaming of one day visiting to see where all that creativity and craziness comes from. But over the last few years the scene in my own Southwestern Ontario has grown to where now I barely think of Texas at all. Toronto's From Fiction are one of the highlights in this scene, which, like many small scenes, thrives on amazing live shows. From Fiction thrash about on stage, throwing themselves into this music that is so good to thrash oneself about to. Poppy, rocky, math-y, and full of energy, this song showcases many of the elements that this scene is becoming known for, and that have been making me so proud to be an Ontario indie rock fan.
