simplejonny says:I almost want to call this song an anomaly on Oneida's newest album, "The Wedding", because it is such straight forward rock for the first two minutes. But really, this song fits in perfectly amongst the crazy blend that is the album. Every time I hear the first two seconds I swear this is Led Zeppelin, and the song does not disappoint from there. The band's post rock inclination rears it's head as the last half of the song becomes a palette for a guitar loop, some light distortion knob twiddling, and some crazy, far off sounds that could be a flute? Great stuff.
