He_Is_Me says:This is taken from the 2nd part of a concept trilogy of albums produced by Mike Ladd for UK's Big Dada label, a sort of "Star Wars in the Bronx", in which the Infesticons (true hip-hop believers) fight the Majesticons (the traitors who have sold their souls to major companies for Louis Vuitton baseball caps). As one may imagine, the Majesticons' sound is polished and minimal like a Neptunes track, but the lyrics' cynicism conveys Ladd's criticism of the current state of urban music.
