Lobotomi
by Skalar
,

Din says: Lobotomy was always a favorite word of mine. Go figure. They must spell it with an "i" in Denmark, because this killer track from Copenhagen's own ska reggae posse, Skalar, is a scholarly work. Great sax and clarinet harmonies and counter melodies, fine riddim section and vocal work, it's high quality all around. Notably, Skalar sings only in their native tongue, which I find admirable in a pop world where English has long been king. Excellent stuff.
