fade theorist says: Now that I'm living in Europe and writing about music for a number of magazines, I'm coming across lots of obscure (but good) European bands. Regina is one of them. They're Finnish electro-pop. The vocals are what make Regina stand out -- Iisa's voice is sweet and clear, plus she sings in Finnish, but in such a way that you won't feel left out for not having a clue what the lyrics mean.
