Falling Slowly
by The Frames
, ,

alien protocol says: The Frames are one of Ireland's most successful bands. Yeah, they're no U2 just yet, but they do keep a pretty regular and pretty exhausting touring schedule, appearing in front of large crowds all over Europe. "Falling Slowly" is off of their new record titled The Cost and marks the return of a simpler recording process for the band. With a lot more open space and folkier textures throughout this entire record, bandleader Glen Hansard suggests that The Frames have recorded their "70's folk record." But don't let that deter you, all you indie rock kiddies out there... because this is seriously good music.
