He_Is_Me says: One of the most intriguing (and satisfying) bands to emerge in the last few years, Grizzly Bear here show the extent of their influences by covering a classic among Phil Spector productions, The Crystals' "He Hit Me". The rich vocal harmonies are kept (though adapted from all-female to all-male) and some gorgeous saturated guitar is added, to marvelously melancholy effect.
