Oye Chica
by Upground
, , , , cumbia

Din says: Skanking out of East Los Angeles comes one of the most entertaining and innovative live bands on the west coast. Upground were high school prodigies when they burst onto the LA scene a few years back, and their momentum has been growing steadily ever since. As in this mp3 of "Oye Chica," kindly hosted by SXSW, Upground delivers a unique blend of dancehall friendly latin ska reggae and cumbia. If this aint a winner, I'll eat my shoes!
