Eclecticat says: Moved by jesus2000's post of Frank Zappa reciting William S. Burroughs, I did a little sleuthing and found a site that hosts a number of Burroughs' original recordings. He often collaborated with recording engineer Ian Sommerville, who also ran Paul McCartney's studio. Sommerville did these edits, or cut-ups as he called them, with razor blades and magnetic tape. The result is very entertaining and bizarre in that unique Burroughs way.
