Din says: Damn cool song from Australia's singer-songwriter in chief, Paul Kelly. This has so many layers of irony and meaning, I hesitate to describe it. But just the inherent absurdity of the words "God Told Me To" gives you some idea of what is tackled here. It's a big idea to make a song out of, wrestled to the ground and bundled up in epic rock with majestic harmonies. Good stuff.
