High Brow says:I discovered the wonderful sound of The Cinematic Orchestra by accident. You see, I was at the record store and my mission was to take a CD home from a newly discovered band. While in the "Nu-Jazz" section, I saw a band called TCO. I thought, "well this must be misfiled. Cinematic Orchestra? Must be modern classical group. This will satisfy." Try swirling around Radiohead sulkiness with Miles Davis intensity and the vocal grace of a Nora Jones in your wine glass and you have the rough equivalent of The Cinematic Orchestra. Bella!!
