Alienation
by The Rapture
, , ,

Madelia says: Before their major label deal with Universal, The Rapture were a rag-tag group of displaced indie rock visionaries, who were far from being self-actualized. "Alienation" is from their first full-length record, and shows the band in its most primitive state. Listening to this track is a lot like listening to a band shred through a memorable and purposeful rehearsal, with band members' individual personalities slowly emerging right before your ears. You can just feel how this band is going to be huge.
