alien protocol says: I can't tell you just how excited I was when I found out that The Secret Machines have a new record out. The self-titled release showcases a heavier rock sound from the band that first captured my attention with their Now Here Is Nowhere release from 2004. Fed up with the foot draggers at Warner, TSM are self releasing the record that drummer Josh Garza calls the album they’ve “always wanted to make.” Check it out.
